I am Lissa

am
….. a natural light photographer.
….. the one who seldom appears in the family album because she’s busy taking pictures.
….. a wife and a mother of two (three if you count the dog).

I am a Canadian but am originally from an island in the sun. Coconut trees, beaches, great food and hot weather. Despite the total reverse environment that I was used to living in, I love it here in Metro Vancouver.

Except when it snows!

Cupcakes and cheesecakes… boy, do I love to try new recipes and bake them for my kids. And I confess. I’m a book junkie. If you like baking, reading, 80s pop and McD coffee, we can be good friends.

I love photography like I love my coffee every morning. Can’t do without it. I’m not a fan of Disney but that won’t stop me taking pictures of pirates and princesses to be. I’d love to share and live in your children’s dreams – even for an hour.

I love babies (yes, even bawling ones) and toddlers. They don’t speak much yet but their actions are loud and honest. I so love that. They are great fun people and they make me laugh.
